Routine Blood Collection

Service Description

Bullseye Mobile Express Lab Services provides professional blood specimen collection for patients with lab orders from their healthcare provider. We collect specimens for most major labs, including Quest Diagnostics, Sonora Quest, Labcorp, Ulta Lab Tests, speciality labs and research kits. Appointments are available in our Casa Grande office or through our mobile collection service. Please bring your lab order, a valid photo ID, and insurance card (if applicable). A signed order from a licensed healthcare provider is required before specimens can be collected.
